Took my daughter just after New Year. The room very good, the breakfast wonderful but what makes this place a step above is the staff especially Monica I believe this was a name we had a problem, not with the hotel and Monica stepped up and made the situation so much easier for us. Thank you. See you again next year

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Seven Suites on our first visit to Rome. Chosen after extensive research for well priced accommodation within striking distance of the tourist hotspots and with good transport links we hit absolute gold in choosing Seven Suites. The room - I booked in January '23 and on booking requested a balcony room, we were allocated room 7 and it was fantastic. Well proportioned room and en suite with lovely balcony overlooking the busy street. The balcony had comfortable furniture on it and a light for when sitting out in the evening. King sized bed (firm mattress) plenty of room around the bed, kettle and mugs with tea & coffee. Mini bar with chargeable items - we requested this was emptied so that we could use the fridge for beer/milk/water, this was no problem and the items were removed. Spacious bathroom with overhead and handheld shower, plenty of towels, hand soap and shower gel provided. Air conditioned room which was most welcomed as it has been an extremely hot week for September! Only 2 observations - this room would benefit from a chest of drawers. Bring your own hairdryer if you have space, the hairdryer is an old style hotel hairdryer that overheats and cuts out regularly. The Reception - we arrived after the manned desk hours, 08.30 -12.30, this was no issue as detailed arrival information had been emailed to me. We had an issue with the safe and also wanted the mini bar emptied, communicated via email outside manned reception hours, and requests were responded to via email and phone call. Late check out also requested (11am instead of 10am) which was accommodated. Very helpful reception staff. The breakfast - vouchers are provided for breakfast in the cafe downstairs and this is an excellent, truly authentic experience. Just stand back and observe the locals for a minute or two and you will soon know what to do. You have a drink and 2 food items on the voucher, a couple of mornings we ate a pastry and took a pizzeta (small pizza) with us for later in the day (useful on the days we had with a very early start) The orange juice is freshly squeezed and the pastries vary each day and are also all freshly prepared. Lots of other cakes and treats are available and I highly recommend the gelato (a small/piccolo was the most generous serving I had all week and was just €2.50) The Location - quite frankly the location was excellent, right in the middle of a local community with excellent bus links into the heart of Rome's attractions (we used google maps and Citymapper app) one bus stop is 2 minutes walk by the park and the other is 4 minutes walk. We were usually around 15-20 minutes from our destination other than Vatican City which was around 40 Facilities in the area include a cash point, a mini supermarket on the corner of the street, a couple of cafe/bakeries, the Mercato Testiccio 4 mins walk and some fabulous food options (where the locals eat) right on the door step. Personally we used Linari - underneath Seven Suites, where you get breakfast. Trapizzino - the best hot sandwich and suppli I think I have ever form had for just €5/2. Il Grottino Pizzaria - amazing amazing pizza, don't be put off by the queue, it's worth it!! The pizza here was €8-9 We paid £525/€575 for 5 nights, if you enjoy seeing how the locals do things and don't mind being slightly out of the centre then this is an excellent choice that I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the Seven Suites this week! Very nice room with everything that we needed. Comfortable large bed, nice balcony, nice bathroom. Helpfull staff at the reception in the morning. At other times you can always contact them with WhatsApp and they answer fast. Busstop is in the same street and metro/trainstation within 5-10 minutes walking. Breakfast was in the bakery next door. It was not really our thing but thats a matter of taste 😀 Overall we would absolutely recommend this B&B!!

Modern and chic look, with really nice finishing touches like automatic blackout window coverings, rainfall shower head, and in-room a/c. Breakfast is from the boutique bakery downstairs that is always hopping. Great base of operations as you explore Rome on foot during the day, and set away from the super touristy areas. Will definitely be back!

Why excellent? The clear messaging (including a courtesy phone call) before we arrived was helpful and appreciated. The room (with a balcony) was lovely and all we could have expected - even with the convenience of tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast vouchers to use at Linari (the bustling coffee shop downstairs) were great. Guido in reception went out of his way to be helpful - with his handy off the beaten track tips. Location for us is perfect - in the area known as Testaccio. It is a little out of the main tourist area but that it why we liked it so much - mixing with the locals in restaurants and the wonderful market - and yet only a short bus or tram ride away from the main attractions. We shall visit again and will stay at Seven Suites.
